DEPPLE SOFT collects information submitted through course, admission, contact and career forms to respond to inquiries, maintain academy records and manage website operations.

Information we collect

Name, mobile number, email, education, selected course, message and information voluntarily submitted through forms.

Use of information

We use submitted information to contact students, answer training questions, process inquiries, maintain administrative records and communicate about relevant academy programs.

WhatsApp communication

Where a form offers a WhatsApp handoff, the user is redirected to WhatsApp with a prefilled message. The user chooses whether to send that message.

Cookies, analytics and location permission

DEPPLE SOFT uses necessary first-party cookies for website functionality. Optional analytics cookies are used only after a visitor accepts Analytics in the cookie preferences. The analytics system can record an anonymous visitor identifier, visit times, pages viewed, browser, operating system and device type.

Precise latitude and longitude are not collected by default. They are requested only after a visitor explicitly enables Precise Location in Privacy Settings and approves the browser location permission prompt. A visitor can decline or withdraw these optional permissions at any time.

Visitor analytics

Visitor analytics is used to understand website usage, improve course pages and measure interest in DEPPLE SOFT programs. The public website displays an aggregate Total Visitors count in the footer; individual visitor records are available only in the Admin Panel.

Data security

The application uses server-side validation, PDO prepared statements, password hashing for admin accounts and CSRF protection on forms.
